The rumours started last month when he deleted G.O.O.D Music from his Twitter biography fuelling reports he’s parted ways with the Kanye West-owned label. D’banj has dispelled rumours that he is no longer with American record label, G.O.O.D Music. But D’banj insits he and the founder of the record label Kanye West are still business partners. ‘Me and Ye (Kanye) are cool; the last time we spoke we talked generally about my career and what his visions are. He is still my mentor, he is still the one I go to when I need something,’ D’banj revealed during a chat with British DJ and radio presenter Tim Westwood.
