Sometimes we do forget our Share and sell pin after which we cant be able to transfer
credit to our loved ones but there are two ways to get them back , First, is by calling MTN customer care (180) which might not turn out well but here is the second and easy way to do this yourself. Here is How to get a new share and sell pin
if mtn blocked your transfer pin or you have forgotten your pin...you can use this second
step to get a new pin, Simple type yes in sms and send it to 556, wait for some
minutes, you will receive a message from MTN in this form,"welcome to share & sell,
your default new pin is 0000.MTN recommends you reset the pin, test to 556,
eg.0000 2222 2222 and send it to 556,You will receive message that your pin has been
reset....the 2222 should be the new pin you want to use as your share and sell pin, so
choose four numbers you wont forget again. This will definitely help.
