Nigeria begins to wrap up the Centenary activities, this great nation is preparing for the biggest event of the century, “Nigeria: A Nation United”. On January 1st 1914, Nigeria’s journey to nationhood commenced when the Northern and Southern Protectorates were amalgamated into one country by the colonial authorities....As Nigeria celebrates 100 years, we are celebrating a journey underlined by a determination to excel and remain united as a strong indivisible entity. The Federal Government of Nigeria has directed that the celebrations be brought to a close in February 2014, with a grand ceremony, telling our unique story to the world. With over a thousand (1000+) cast and crew members from all over Nigeria, this story would feature state of the art technology, props and choreography on a canvass dominated by a unique stage, custom built to mirror our nation’s geography. It would be a fascinating night of history and spectacle, ending in a blazing display of fireworks. SEE MORE AFTER CUT>>>>
